Having these components integrated allows us to have a process that is both more efficient, as well as more accurate than traditional imaging vendors. We can handle every size original, including letter, legal, A4 or oversized, and give back images on a CD, DVD or Hard Drive saved in whatever format you prefer--TIFF, multi-page TIFF or PDF. If you have specialized output or file format needs, just let us know; we have the technical expertise in-house to give you exactly what you need.

Of course, speed is worthless if the results aren’t accurate. That’s why we’ve built layers of automated quality testing into VersiDoc--everything from analyzing bates sequences for gaps and duplicates, to verifying document boundaries and hierarchies for proper nesting of files in folders, to de-speckling and de-skewing images to make sure they’re clear and straight. By automating these process, we ensure that we deliver a superior consistent product every time, period.
