World uses the most advanced duplicating equipment available including full color copiers and oversize copiers as well as tape, velo and GBC binding machines. Our copy quality is outstanding — some clients have said it’s even better than their originals!

We employ our own technicians to repair or replace any machine parts immediately, so there is never any down time. Your document production tasks will always be completed accurately and on time.

Numbering and Bar Coding

Our color numbering and bar coding services allow you to distinguish copies from the originals, and help you locate the pages you need quickly and efficiently. 

If you require more than just a number on a document,  World can customize labels with up to 4 lines of type, 198 characters per line.  This label can be placed anywhere on the page, including in the side margin, for easy file retrieval.  No matter how large the document, we can maintain a number series without the addition of letters.

World’s machines can number, bar code and/or custom stamp your originals or copies at a rate of 12,000 pages per hour.  With advance notice, we can stamp and return up to sixty boxes of original documents each day.

Quality Control

Processing legal documentation requires attention to quality control as well as meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.  With our VersiDoc imaging software, we can guarantee on-time service and the highest level of quality.

Instead of comparing copies to originals, VersiDoc utilizes a Mil-5 standard for statistical sampling to ensure the utmost accuracy possible. Studies have shown that this approach is dramatically more accurate than even a page by page check against originals. As with all other aspects of our business, World leverages process improvement to ensure we deliver a superior product every time.
