VersiDoc Repro
VersiDoc was developed to automate and manage a service bureaus work load, and reprographics is no exception. Whether documents are being scanned and blown-back, or simply copied, VersiDoc can be used to track and manage the reprographic workload across multiple project simultaneously.
VersiDoc provides all of the tools to run an efficient reprographic operation. Tools include:
- Task Tracking and Assignment – Using VersiDoc’s Project Dashboard, a copy manager can quickly see the state of all active projects. As copy is still a manually intensive process, VersiDoc allows task assignment and tracking to make sure your copy jobs are well managed and executed smoothly.
- Quality Control Facilities – VersiDoc has an easy to use interface, which can be leveraged when it comes time to validate your copy job. Validation can occur on a page by page basis, or using VersiDoc’s state of the art MIL-5 / ISO 9001 compliant statistical analysis to verify the quality of a job.
