• Automated Load File and CD Generation – As with the other VersiDoc modules, VersiDoc ED utilizes the same standard export that is used for scanning. Human intervention is no longer required when it comes time to pull all of the components of a load file together. VersiDoc simply extracts the relevant information out of the VersiDoc Virtual Dedicated Storage Engine, determines how to best split the load files and image sets for CD, DVD, or Hard Drive production, automatically burns the images and loads the files to CD, and embosses the Volume Label on the disk. With VersiDoc ED, load file creation does not have to be the bottleneck in the electronic document discovery process, and by automating this critical step, typical errors created through a manual process are eliminated.
